Training will be delivered via workshops across the topics of customer service, personal development, business savvy, and general knowledge of the region, with the webinar posted after each workshop.
Topics include; creating first impressions, body language, overcoming objections, touch- points and moments of truth, values/ethics, goal setting, health, self-motivation, time management, basic accounting, value of the returning customer, brand & values, and overall business acumen.
Information on activities across the district, the key industries and what we are world-famous for is also part of the programme. This will assist front-line staff to encourage customers to stay longer and spend more in our local economy.
