As the saying goes, “The customer is always right, in the matters of taste”. You have your finger on the pulse of what your customer wants.

You are listening to your customers from the moment they walk in the door, both their verbal and non-verbal communication. You have empowered your employees to give you their constructive and invaluable feedback. You have walked through the entire consumer journey, from brand awareness to business touchpoints to customer loyalty and analysed how you can improve every step. You have focused on dispute resolution, dealt with difficult customer challenges and came out clean on the other side. Most importantly, you have created a community of clients that advocate for you; that you care deeply about and would bend over backwards for in return.

Entry for this award is open to businesses of 2 or more, operating in the Taupō district, including Tūrangi and Mangakino areas. Businesses can enter a maximum of 3 team award categories.
