One of the joys about working in a team is that we all bring different energy, skills and knowledge, however, this can also be one of the challenges.
We all have our good days and bad and wouldn’t it be handy to know how to make the dream work regardless of which kind of day you and your coworkers are having!
This workshop aims to provide insight into your personal communication style, the styles of those around you and how they can all blend beautifully together.

Margaret has spent much of her working life in roles where interacting with people is at the core of what she does. One of her key learnings over this time has been seeing the impact that individual’s different communication styles make on how teams interact and influence each other in the workplace. She will teach you how to read the room, understand yourself to understand others and how we can all create a great team vibe and customer experience through positive communication.
